Byers Bandits are members of Weybrook Park Golf Course who play most Saturday mornings during the year. We meet at approximately 8.00 a.m. with a view to teeing off at 8.15 a.m. However, this depends on the numbers in front of us. We are usually finished by 1.30 p.m. in the Winter months and 12.30 in the Summer months.

We are a friendly group of 15 or so golfers of varying abilities, with handicaps ranging from 5 to 28.

A small wager (generally £1) is staked with the winner taking all. The exception to this is our monthly medal when £2 is staked and pay out goes to third place.

The group runs its own handicapping system and a league is planned for 2007 with awards at the Annual Christmas Dinner.
